As many of you probably know, I was recently permanently banned from using PayPal, which I used to collect one-time and recurring donations from supporters. When I inquired about why, they told me that I would need to submit a legal subpoena to find out. To make matters worse, Etsy also banned my store for purportedly violating their policy against selling merchandise that “promotes, supports, or glorifies hatred or violence towards protected groups.” These are absurd claims, and you can read about it more in the news section below, and I have a longer piece coming out in Quillette shortly.
