Thank you, Colin. Another great article. The tide is turning...more and more people are seeing the reality that a man can never be a woman! Thank you for ALL you do to support this!

Great article, Colin.

I really admire these amazing athletes standing up for women.

What would a rejection letter to these guys look like? "We're sorry we can't let you try out for our League, because only men who identify as women *100 per cent of the time* can be allowed to try out".

The WNBA needs really needs to figure out what a woman is now that these great big hulking MALES have submitted their applications.

How "inclusive" does the League really want to be?

I laugh out loud every time I see and hear Royce ("Roysha") White's stunningly constructed word-bites about his new identity. He's crafted his sentences very cleverly, using the captured language of the trans movement. When my then husband made his "female identity" announcements 30 years ago, outside of the earshot of of 2 young sons who would later be thoroughly traumatized when he demanded they stop calling him Daddy, the language Neddy used was exactly the same as Royce White's current claims. Except, being a Caucasian red-headed dude, he didn't use terms like Black or BIPOC. Otherwise, exactly the same. I never saw Neddy's special crossdressing wigs, the ones he used on his secret crossdressing "business trips," but I have no doubt they were the ginger version of "Roysha's." Everything Enes and Royce are saying is directly lifted from the rhetoric of GLAAD and The Trevor Project. I hope some confused teen boys see this and reject this path.

Sadly, it’s apparently impossible to define what a woman is… It’s a mystery to us all…

Perhaps, in time, we will figure it out… If we are lucky, that is.

In the meantime, I’m profoundly saddened by how this ongoing issue has harmed the girls and women who simply want to compete fairly and safely.

Sincerely, Frederick

Frederick, yes, perhaps, in time, if we are lucky....it seems that some people will need a lot of luck to try and figure out what a woman is! The rest of us know--and thank you for supporting fairness and safety for girls and women!

The <<... collective-bargaining agreement says that “players who are women” are eligible ....>>

Assuming WNBA does decide to limit eligibility to women, it should 𝑛𝑜𝑡 attempt to disambiguate the collective bargaining agreement or any other relevant documents. The word 𝑤𝑜𝑚𝑒𝑛 is entirely unambiguous standing alone, with a well understood meaning. Elaborating on it in a misguided effort to cure some supposed ambiguity will accomplish nothing but creating an invitation to lawyers to apply their skill at fabricating uncertainty where there is none. I can imagine an effort to catalogue the documented but rare genetic abnormalities causing DSDs and specifying whether each is or is not disqualifying. Unfortunately, one previously unknown DSD is omitted. Keeping in mind that just about all DSDs are marked by ambiguous genitalia, the word 𝑤𝑜𝑚𝑒𝑛 is therefore "ambiguous"; and it follows that the plaintiff, although unambiguously male, is eligible for the WNBA. Sure, that's a fanciful hypothetical situation; but the trans radicals do not hesitate to deploy laughably fallacious but pseudoscientific arguments - e.g., all that nonsense about clown fish.
